Sonny A Hokardi
Managing Partner, Co-Founder​
Sonny brings close to 20 years of experience in investments in capital markets, private equity and hedge funds in Asia, Europe and the USA. He was previously a Senior Private Banker at Bank of Singapore, where he was responsible for managing investment portfolios for UHNW individuals, institutions and family offices covering Indonesia, Singapore, Greater China and Australia. Prior to Bank of Singapore, he spent time at Citigroup, where he was involved in global corporate and investment banking. His diverse background and global outlook make him a trusted advisor in navigating complex financial landscapes. He holds a MSc in Applied Finance from Singapore Management University and has completed the prestigious Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School in Boston, USA.
Bobby Effendi
Managing Partner, Co-Founder​
Bobby brings two decades of expertise in wealth management and portfolio construction across Asia and the United States. As a Senior Private Banker at Citi Private Bank, he managed portfolios for UHNW clients and family offices in Indonesia and Singapore, working closely with global citizens to address their wealth structuring needs across regions. He served as Co-Head of Citi Latitude Singapore, an initiative focused on empowering next-generation leaders through education and thought leadership. Previously, Bobby was a Private Banker at Bank of Singapore, covering Indonesia and the Philippines. He has also held positions at Accenture in New York and Franklin Templeton Investments in San Francisco. Bobby holds an MBA from Babson College and a BSc from Santa Clara University.
Jacqueline Ng
Executive Director
Jacqueline has worked with leading financial institutions including UBS, Morgan Stanley, and most recently Bank of Singapore, where she spent 18 years cultivating lasting relationships with clients in Singapore and Indonesia. A successful private investor, she has been actively involved in residential and commercial real estate investments in prime areas of Singapore for over 15 years. She is deeply committed to helping clients build multi-generational wealth while integrating Asian values to ensure a legacy that endures for the next generation. Having lived in both Hong Kong and Singapore, Jacqueline brings a global perspective to her work and leverages her rich cultural understanding to serve clients in an increasingly interconnected world.
Simon Kastono
Senior Advisor, Board of Advisors
Simon Kastono is a Senior Advisor to the Board of Advisory at Sonar Capital, bringing over 30 years of senior leadership experience in the private banking industry. His extensive career spans key roles in global financial institutions. Most recently, Simon served as the Global Market Manager for Indonesia at Citi Private Bank. Prior to this, Simon spent over 13 years with Credit Suisse, serving as Managing Director and Market Leader for Indonesia. His senior leadership was instrumental in expanding Credit Suisse's market presence in Indonesia. Simon began his career at American Express Bank in New York and Singapore, which was later acquired by Standard Chartered Private Bank. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Binghamton University, State University of New York.
Imelda Harsono

​Imelda Harsono is currently Executive Director and Shareholder of Aneka Gas Industri Tbk. She was nominated as ‘Young Global Leader’ by World Economic Forum in 2022, ‘Asia’s Most Influential in Industry and Energy’ by Tatler Asia in 2021, ‘99 Most Inspiring Women’ by Globe Asia in 2019 and ‘Top 10 Most Powerful Businesswomen’ in Indonesia 2018 by Indonesia Tatler. She holds a BA in Political Science and Philosophy from the National University of Singapore, a Master of Management from Universitas Pelita Harapan Graduate School of Business (Cum Laude), and a Master of Laws in International Commercial Law from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland. She is an alumni of Harvard Business School, having graduated from the 2-year Owner/President Management Program.
Tim Hashagen

Tim Hashagen is currently Vice President and Global Head of Treasury at Arxada, a CHF 2.2bn Swiss-based, financial sponsor owned specialty chemicals company. He is based in Basel, Switzerland. Prior to Arxada, he was Global Head of Treasury at Atotech, a Berlin based chemicals company. In that role he helped to transition the company from a financial sponsor-ownership to a listed company at NYSE. Other previous roles were at Merck KGaA where he was a Managing Director in charge of the International In-house Banks as well as the 1+bn EUR Pension fund, Senior FX/Rates at Bremer Landesbank and Treasury Manager at Lufthansa. Tim has completed the Program for Leadership Development from Harvard Business School in Boston, USA.
Geoffrey Chen

Geoffrey Chen is the author of Fidenza Macro, where he offers his insights on global macroeconomics trends and provides educational resources for traders with over 4000 subscribers as of December 2024. With over 20 years of trading experience, he currently runs investments for his single family office, where he implements a global macro strategy and oversees investments across venture capital, cryptocurrency, and public equities. Before his current role, Geoffrey led a foreign exchange trading desk at Credit Suisse Singapore and served as a FX dealer at the Royal Bank of Scotland in New York and London. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Duke University in North Carolina, USA.
